Clean, good location but a little disappointing Positive: Clean, good location. Good gym. Negative: The noise from the construction in the morning woke us up and kept us awake. There were load neighbours. (Out with the owners control) the pool was dirty and the sun loungers dated with mould.

Never again! Positive: There was nothing to like there. Negative: As a start, I was charged almost double amount than the published rate I booked, and I've seen this only on the credit card transaction advise. Apparently, because of "service charges" (please pay attention on the small values published under the rates!), supposed to include VAT (5% in UAE), Tourism fee ( 10 AED per person per night - Government regulations) and "cleaning charges", as clarified on whatsup by a Czechin rep. The total charges were almost 100% extra on the top of the published rate. This "luxurious studio" is not a very large room with a kitchen sink, cooker, a giant fridge and a washing machine, placed amost in the middle of the room. Tiny bathroom, fitted with very slippery glazed floor tiles; very dangerous when get wet as I experienced after my first shower. The room was never cleaned in 3 days; a question mark on whether it was cleaned at all before my arrival, especially the WC. Then what are these extra "service"charges for? On arrival there were only two small bottles of water and never refilled; by the evening I finished them and had to rush out in the middle of the night searching for drinking water, (in a place I did not know at all!) I was given a wrong entry code and struggled for a while together with the Security guy trying to open the door. The code was rectified eventually by the "whatsup guy". In addition of all charges, I was asked to pay separately on a link a deposit of 500 AED (refundable in 2 weeks), which would make this adventure costing over 1,000 AED for two nights! I refused; there are no facilities like Mini Bar, F&B outlets or SPA etc to accumulate extra charges. In summery- nobody cleans or changes bed linen, no facilities for food/drinks nearby, impersonal service, wrong information - for the same amount of money (or l ess) any tourist could book a 3 or 4* hotel with facilities where the staff takes care of all guests' needs.

Excellent location for a seaside holiday. Positive: The studio has modern decor in a unified style. All appliances and kitchenware are brand new. A comfortable mattress, cozy pillows, and dark curtains allowed for a great sleep. Good sound insulation – we did not hear the neighbors.
