Positive: Nothing to be honest Negative: Everything! Place was dirty or I'm too clean... They wanted a deposit of 1000 AED and I had missed this while I was doing the booking but they were going to do anything to get it off me and that includes coming twice to unlock the door by putting the code to try open while we were in the room. My son was so scared because we thought someone was trying to rob us. The first time I made a complaint and mentioned how I was not impressed and after the first time, I was never going to give this deposit because they kept acting desperate. The second day they came back to bang on the door for almost an hour and be trying to use the code to come in also but unfortunately for them, we locked the door behind both times and they couldn't get in. They also didn't send a cleaner to put the place in order so we just had to manage as we had already paid. The first day we got there, they didn't let us in because I explained how I missed the 1000 AED deposit, myself and my son were at the lobby for a while. We begged and begged but they still didn't let us in. I had to find a cash point at almost midnight so I could get them the money. Very wicked team!! I did more of videos of the place and we are only allowed to put pictures up here.literally everything was in a terrible state.l
