Really enjoyable stay, in a quiet area but all areas of Dubai easily accessible Positive: The apartment is clean and more spacious than I expected. We are a family of four and stayed very comfortably for 5 nights. Very easy to get around from the apartment using taxi companies and it was easily found when ordering shopping and food in. Fantastic communication for owners, very helpful and quick to respond. There is a garbage shoot just a few doors down the corridor so easy to dispose of your rubbish. The pool facilities were clean and tidy and there is a shop just around the corner with amenities if you or using the careen app. Front desk staff always kind and polite.

Would recommend it Positive: Very nice and comfortable apartment. We needed this exact location but if you want to see more sightseeings then it would be pretty far away from everything.

New and clean - a lovely apartment Positive: Super apartment, beautifully clean with everything you could need including washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, balcony furniture etc. Easy check in and check out process. Quick responses on WhatsApp. Very good location 2 mins walk to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Negative: Not the fault of the apartment, but the fire alarm goes off in the building every day for about 30 seconds, sometimes early in the morning, which is annoying. The key card does not work to open the parking garage barrier, although it works on interior doors, so have to get in and out of car to press the intercom.

Positive: Nice big balcony overlooking the pool. Nearby Supermarket Iand beauty salon. Very responsive and cooperative owner. Negative: One of the bed duvets was very smelling. We had to request immediate change. The coffee machine was missing a piece, so it was useless . No dishwasher is available. The building had malfunctioned fifealarm, so the alarm went on every day for no reason, which is dangerous if it wasn't actually fake fire.
