Positive: Spacious, rather well equipped apartment Negative: Everything is spoiled with the construction that's going on in few meters near by, daily and almost incessantly - from 7 am to 7 pm. Noise, dust and smell emanating with heavy trucks, concrete plant and other construction equipment are highly irritating and pursuit you everywhere: in the apartment, by the pool, on the beach, even in the sea. As the construction is at initial stage, it will last several years more. Instead of tranquil surroundings featured in the advertising you get constant noise and dust. In addition there were a lot of cockroaches, probably appearing out of ventilation system

Negative: لقد اتممت ساعه حتا تم اخباري اين المفتاح و من دبي تم التواصل معي و عند دخول الغرفه رواحه طبخ و في الممرات يوجد حشرات و اخبروني موعد الخروج اساعه من 11 اتو لي اساعه 8 صباح و لي العلم لا يوجد تنظيف كل يوم او خدمات اضافيه مثل الفنادق الاخره خزانه مقفوله بي قفل سيكل

Great place, great view, beach access. Positive: I was a bit skeptical due to the only other review being so negative but I had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean and cosy, spacious and with an amazing terrace with seaview. The building has a pool and is just in front of an access to the beach. All equipment needed was there, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc. The check in is made with a lock box at the door so no need to meet anyone, even tho communication via WhatsApp was great with Sheena. Negative: To be picky, the water takes a while to warm up in the shower but it did not bother me.
