Be carefull about deposit
Positive: Everything during the stay was fine — the room was clean, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. When I checked out, they confirmed that everything was in good condition.
Negative: I paid a 1024 AED deposit and had to follow up for an entire month to get it refunded. After many messages, I was only refunded 896 AED without a clear explanation for the deduction, even though they had assured me at check-out that everything was fine.
The stay itself was okay, but the deposit refund process was disappointing and stressful. I hope they improve their communication and transparency regarding refunds in the future.

Positive: Clean and very convenient. Quick response when help needed.
Negative: The way the staff treat visitors, they were not nice at all especially on the first few days. No wants to leave like they are in Jail
